In exploring our quest for identity and self-worth, we found many people build identities based on external roles or professions, which can be temporary and lead to a search for meaning and self-worth.
When asked about the mysteries of Holy Communion, we unravelled its various interpretations and its symbolism in different belief systems, including its significance as a means of communion with higher consciousness.
On self-care choices for good health, we heard about self-care choices that foster positive energy and good health, including the importance of self-love and the belief in innocence.
Concerning the New Earth, we delved into the concept and the power of creating a beautiful reality based on love, letting go of guilt and judgment, and embracing unlimited possibilities.
Finally, Aingeal Rose shared a fascinating story about receiving spiritual food in the form of mana during meditation. It was a remarkable experience that showed the profound connection between our spiritual and physical selves.
