"Are we fallen angels?"
Aingeal Rose replied: "We are fallen in perception, not fallen in the sense of having committed a sin where there is punishment as a result. We're not talking about sin at all. There is no sin in perceiving a physical universe. There's no sin in having a material universe. It's a distortion in perception that makes us suffer, makes us age and makes us die. Because if you believe you're a physical body only, some part of you knows, or remembers, that you're not just that. Some part of you knows your true self is spiritual, it's energetic. So, if you say, 'No, I will hang on to the idea that my identity is this physical form' — that idea takes an incredible amount of energy to sustain. It takes enormous energy to maintain a perception of reality that isn't true. We tire of having to do that and this is why we get ill, age and die.
"Speaking of death, we have the belief that the only way off the Earth, out of the physicality and back to spirit is through physical death. That's how we believe we go back to spirit, when we want to go home. But the spiritual universe went nowhere. It's right here, it's right now, it's running through your body as water and the Holy Spirit. When I say Holy Spirit, I'm not talking about something outside of you. I'm talking about your own holy spiritual self, which is who you are. That, and the plasma field which we call water, is inside you, it is the universal intelligence of you and it moulds itself to what you believe is true."
